Shipping, Returns and Exchanges


Shipping:

 

Please note that occasionally additional duty and taxes may be charged that are applied by the destination country's government. We do not have any control over these charges. Please contact your governments guidelines regarding any additional duties and taxes applicable. If you are in any doubt about paying additional fees it would be advisable to contact the customs office in your home country.  Thank you 

Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. We are happy to refund and exchange items within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To complete your return, we require an email to: info@rosadolcecompany.com and our Customer Return Form filled out and attached to your email.  Our Customer Service Team  will be in contact shortly thereafter by email.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval of refund,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
A refund and or exchange is not applicable under the following: 
  • Obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please follow the steps below:
  • Please first check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank and or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at info@rosadolcecompany.com and one of our Concierge associates will contact you to make arrangements for an exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping your item to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is your responsibility to ensure your shipment gets delivered to us accordingly and in a timely fashion.
