Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
Shipping:
Please note that occasionally additional duty and taxes may be charged that are applied by the destination country's government. We do not have any control over these charges. Please contact your governments guidelines regarding any additional duties and taxes applicable. If you are in any doubt about paying additional fees it would be advisable to contact the customs office in your home country. Thank you
Returns:
Our policy lasts 7 days. We are happy to refund and exchange items within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
To complete your return, we require an email sent to: info@rosadolcecompany.com. Our Customer Service Team will be in contact shortly thereafter.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, a notification email will be issued confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
A refund and or exchange is not applicable under the following:
- Obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please follow the steps below:
- Please first check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank and or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
For item exchanges, send us an email at info@rosadolcecompany.com and one of our Concierge associates will assess your request and process accordingly.
Shipping
Shipping and Handling charges are extra and will apply to all transactions.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping your item we require a trackable shipping service.
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipment gets delivered to us accordingly.
